Summary
Basically only Summoners have a reason to visit the weird wizard in his mysterious woods. If you're not a summoner, watch out for Flash blinding the party. Ramuh will also show up in the final dungeon if he wasn't picked up in World 1, but his damage outfit will be very pitiful by that point.

Ramuh is designed to be beaten by Summoners, who are going to nuke him down with boosted Ifrit. Sometimes Thieves will consider visiting Ramuh to steal his Hi Potions, but generally the party will just !fight Ramuh until he falls.
